Jasmine Chen is a Grammy-nominated audio engineer and vocal producer who works in Music and Film. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, she began interning at Forecast Recordings while working at IO Music Academy as IO’s Partnerships & Studio Manager. She also freelanced as a production sound mixer & boom operator on film sets and helped sound design products for music software company, Output. While at IO Music Academy, Jasmine began working for Heavy Duty Studios, where she honed her skills as a recording engineer in all genres. Jasmine has worked on projects for 88rising, HAIM, Jonah Mutono, Kaleena Zanders, Kelly Clarkson, Love Mansuy, Olivia Rodrigo, Snoop Dogg, Syd, Steve Jablonsky (film scores), and many more.
