Rhiannon Giddens–North Carolinian folk musician, MacArthur “Genius” Award Recipient, former member of the Carolina Chocolate Drops, and Grammy-award winner–comes to Davidson College for a special concert and Q&A. This event is sponsored in part by the “Many Musics of America” series in conjunction with the American Musicological Society’s Southeast Chapter.
